Performance description	1、 The louver blade for the SS figurate, blades for closely linked, forced to change the direction of the inlet air to a non-straight path, after many turns of the passage from outdoor into indoor, strong resistance to the dust particles into the wind into the room; dust particles and rainwater bounce back and flow out when they hit the blades, in addition, the bottom of the louver is provided with many drainage hole,after the rainwater splashes into, the water automatically flows out of the drainage hole at the bottom. With super waterproof, snow defence, sand filtration function. 2、 Vertical or inclined direction of the louver to spray water can not drop into. At the same time, the rear end of the louver is provided with a dust filter net, it can effectively filter out the dust from the outdoor air into indoor. Ensure indoor air is clean and avoid indoor electrical equipment and related devices from dust. After the dust filter is opened, the filter cotton can be easily removed from the inner side of the filter, and the old filter cotton can be removed and replaced with a new filter cotton. 3、The dust filter net is opened by pumping and inserting, and the filter net can be removed and replaced as a whole.

1、If the room wall material is cement or brick, must tapping a frame size hole in the wall, the louver set into the hole in the wall from outside, holes are punched in the inner side of the louver to connect it with the wall, the gap between the louver window frame body and the surrounding wall can be plugged with polyurethane foam sealant or cement mortar.

2、If the installation hole is steel structure. Such as container room or cabinet box and ects. Drilling is carried out on the louver panels and on the corresponding wall. Tighten with pull rivets or self - tapping screws, It’s also possible to perforate the inside side of the louver to connect them to the wall. The gap between the louver window frame body and the box body can be sealed with sealant.

3、When installing, the louver can not be installed upside down; after upside down there will be no sand prevention and waterproof effect.

The W and H in the figure above indicate the width and height of the inside diameter dimension of the louver. The inner diameter of the louver is +60mm for the outer diameter of the louver. The user only needs to provide two data of "width (W) * height (H)". Note that the size of the installation hole should be slightly larger than the inside diameter of the louver.

The effective air inlet area (ventilation rate) of the louver is about 40%~45%，The size data can be used to calculate the area required by the louver. ；

The thickness of the blind embedded in the wall hole is 48mm, and the total thickness of the flange face is 51mm. These two dimensions are fixed, and the other dimensions can be customized according to the requirements of users
