1. The material of the flake ice machine is 316 stainless steel with the stainless steel spiral ice blade,which ensures itoperating steady even under hostile environment.
2. Using the ship's own power and adopts special compressor makes the seawater flake ice machine safety,energy saving and efficiency. Its life period can reach to approximately 15years.
3. The ice maker applies PLC automatic control and all-automatic monitor,no need of personal operating,greatly saved labor cost.

How to make flake ice?
After the refrigeration system being to work normally, the water in water tank is pumped into the eater distribution pan by circulation pump, Drive bu the reducer, the water in the pan evenly flows down the inner wall of evaporator, the refrigerant in the refrigeration system evaporates through the loop inside the evaporator and absorbs large amount of heat bu exchanging heat with the water on the wall, As a result, the water flowing over the surface of inner evaporator wall sharply cools down to below the freezing point and freezes into ice instantaneously, parts of the water file attached onto the inner wall freezes into ice flakes, the remaining water that does not form ice flakes flows into the water pan at the bottom of evaporator and then into the water tank for recycling, when the ice on the inner wall reaches a certain thickness , ice blades are driven bu the reducer to peel ice from the inner wall, thus ice flakes form, fall into the ice storage bin at the bottom of the ice flaker and is stores for future use.
