Compressor

Small-sized flake ice machines use Copeland or Danfoss scroll compressors, and medium-sized flake ice machines use Bitzer piston compressors.

Expansion valve

Expansion valve is the core component of the flake ice machine refrigeration system, which is directly related to the efficiency of the refrigeration system. A high-quality expansion valve can increase the ice production of the flake ice machine. Our expansion valves are equipped with Danfoss and Emerson as standard, ensuring the stable operation of the refrigeration system.

Evaporator

The outer shell of the evaporator is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the upper and lower seats are made of cast aluminum, and the inner container of the evaporator is divided into three materials, the ordinary one is made of carbon steel, the edible one is made of SUS304, and the seawater series is made of SUS316.

Ice bin

Small flake ice machine: 200kg, 300kg, 500kg, 800kg and 1000kg machines are equipped with stainless steel ice storage. Machines over 1000kg require special notes for ice storage.

Control System

The ice maker adopts PLC programming control, which is more flexible than the single-chip control method.All flake ice machines are equipped with a color touch screen and use Schneider control components.

Touch screen

Man-machine communication can be realized, used to modify control parameters, read alarms, and view
machine status.
